ABOUT RENTING
ORDERING:
Orders may be placed via phone, fax, internet, or in person. If
the order is placed via fax or the internet, a customer service
representative will contact you to confirm price and availability
of the equipment. For more information, click here

RESERVATIONS:
Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability. We
recommend placing your reservation at least two weeks prior to the
date of your event. However, you may place your order one day in
advance or up to one year in advance.
RATES:
Rates are for a 3-day rental period (i.e., you may pick up the equipment
the day before your event and return the day after). Weekend rentals
are generally from Friday through Monday. If you require a longer
rental period, please contact our office for rate information. All
charges are for time out whether equipment is used or not.
DELIVERY
& PICK-UP SERVICE:
Orders exceeding $250.00 qualify for local delivery and pick-up
service Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Extended
hours, weekend service, and specific times are available for an

CHANGES
& CANCELLATIONS:
All changes and cancellations require a forty-eight (48) hour notice
to avoid restocking fees. Canopies, tents, staging, and dance floors
will be subject to restocking charges.
LOSS
OR DAMAGE:
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time
of receipt until time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured
when not in use and protected from the weather at all times. The
customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing
items, including boxes, crates, and carts.
CLEANING:
Food service items must be scraped, rinsed, and stacked in the containers
in which the items were issued. Linens must be returned dry and
free of food and debris. For more details, click here

CHECK
YOUR ORDER:
Please check your order upon receipt. We do our best to make sure
your order is complete. If you discover that we have overlooked
something, please contact us immediately.
